Get them to climb that flight of stairs with you instead of catching the elevator. Buy a pedometer for your child and get them to increase their walking bit by bit every single day. All these things will add up to help your child combat obesity.

In America, more and more people are going out to eat fast food more often. Parents are buying their children fast food as a easy meal replacement at the expense of their child’s health. These fast foods are high in saturated fat and calories. Also, many children and teens are staying inside more often paying video games and watching TV programs or chatting online or cell phones with friends rather than going outside and being physical active. These poor eating habits and lack of exercise have led to problems with obesity in children and teenagers.

Children and teenagers can help prevent and treat obesity by developing an exercise program or becoming more active because this will help them to burn fat, increase energy and maintain their weight. Children and teenagers should also eat a balanced diet and moderate their television watching and calorie intake. Teaching children and young adults about nutrition in school as well as at home will go a long way in helping prevent them from being obese in their adulthood.

want solution to case study: a 14 year young boy his weight is 86 he is very prone to its junk food and cholacate he was very lazy in activities and all he love to play video games any feild activity now his parents are worried because of exesssive weight he cannnot concentrate on studies help him to loose weight
